Psychotherapy Services
I offer structured, evidence based support tailored to your individual needs. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you understand unhelpful patterns and develop new ways of thinking and responding.
All sessions are 50 minutes unless specified otherwise.
CBT in person £55 per session
Face-to-face , in-person sessions provide a dedicated, confidential space to explore difficulties in-depth. Together, we will identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours and work actively towards meaningful change.
CBT remote (online) £55 per session
Remote sessions offer flexibility and accessibility whilst maintaining the same structured, focused CBT approach. These sessions are suitable if you prefer to work from home or have time scheduling constraints.
Meditation in person £55 per session
These sessions focus on guided meditation and practical techniques to support emotional regulation, stress reduction and increased self awareness. Meditation can be offered as a standalone support or alongside CBT.
Individual Sessions


Group sessions are available on request. These structured sessions combine psychoeducation, CBT techniques and guided meditation in a supportive group setting.
Pricing for group work is available on request.
