What is CBT?

CBT is an evidence-based therapy, proven to be highly effective for many emotional and mental health difficulties. Our sessions are structured yet flexible; always guided by what feels most helpful for you. Sessions last 50 minutes and there is no fixed limit to sessions, as therapy continues for as long as it is beneficial to you.


You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. Some people share a little about what’s troubling them, others simply want to ask a question or explore whether therapy might help.

If finding the words feels difficult, that’s okay, we can start wherever you are, at a pace that feels manageable.


My aim is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported just as you are; where change feels possible without pressure or judgement.
